Course fees paid in advance are fully refundable up until the cancellation deadline of December 15. After the cancellation deadline, course fees are not refundable, but may be credited against a future GPA course if the registrant cannot attend. Courses are subject to cancellation at any time up until the start date. If a course is cancelled, all fees paid in advance will be fully refunded or credited against a future GPA course at the registrant's option. The course organizer accepts no responsibility for any non-refundable expenses incurred by the registrant in case of cancellation. All registrations are subject to review by the course organizer and lead instructor prior to being accepted to ensure that registrants meet the course requirements. Paid registrations may be switched to an alternate person, subject to review and acceptance. Registrants will be notified promptly of acceptance. |
